  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps)

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security policies to ensure you can only access your own data. All connections to our Service are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Controller & Data Processor

When you enter third-party personal information into the Service (such as tenant names, contact details, or contractor information), you act as the "data controller" for that data, and EASC Products, LLC acts as the "data processor."

  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store tenant and contractor personal information
  • You must comply with all applicable privacy laws when entering third-party data into the Service
  • We process third-party data only as necessary to provide the Service to you
  • You are responsible for responding to any data subject requests related to third-party data you have entered

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) — only as needed to operate the Service
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

  • We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are necessary for the Service to function.
