7. Privacy Rights for California and European Users

This section supplements the data terms above. It is intended to describe privacy rights that may apply to certain users and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch. To exercise any privacy right, contact us at CustomerSupport@eascproducts.com. We may need to verify your identity and account ownership before completing a request.

California residents: CCPA/CPRA notice

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), may give you the rights below, subject to the law's scope, exceptions, and verification requirements:

  • Right to know/access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
  • Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions such as security, legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and service-delivery needs.
  • Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing: direct us not to sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we clearly disclose that practice and provide the required opt-out mechanism.
  • Right to limit sensitive personal information: direct us to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted by the CCPA/CPRA, if we collect sensitive personal information and use it beyond those permitted purposes.
  • Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights.

You may submit requests by emailing CustomerSupport@eascproducts.com or through any in-app privacy request workflow we make available. You may also use an authorized agent, but we may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. If we ever engage in sale or sharing as defined by California law, we will provide a clear "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" method and honor applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required.

European, EEA, UK, and Swiss users: GDPR/UK GDPR notice

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, privacy laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR may apply. For account information and Service usage data we collect directly from you, EASC Products, LLC generally acts as the data controller. For tenant, contractor, property, and similar third-party personal data that you enter into the Service, you are generally the controller and we act as your processor/service provider under your instructions.

Depending on the processing activity, our lawful bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

  • Access: request confirmation and a copy of personal data we process about you.
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete personal data where the law requires deletion.
  • Restriction: ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: request personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where applicable.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing where applicable.
  • Automated decisions: request human review of decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, if we ever use that type of processing.

We aim to respond to GDPR/UK GDPR requests within one month, unless an extension is permitted for complex or numerous requests. Because we are based in the United States, personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other appropriate safeguards. We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and backups. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
